1. GENERAL
1.1 The competition is organised and carried out exclusively online by R&B Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Paracelsusstrasse 3 | A-5020 Salzburg.
1.3 Participation is free of charge.
1.4 The competition is not connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook, but R&B Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Participants in the competition release Facebook from any liability in connection with the competition.
1.5 Participation in the competition takes place exclusively in accordance with and on the basis of these conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
2. PARTICIPATION
2.1 The competition runs monthly until revoked. Participation begins on the first day of the month at 00:00 and ends on the last day of the same month at 24:00.
2.2 All natural persons from all member states of the European Union with a minimum age of 16 years are eligible to participate. In case of doubt, the respective participant must prove his/her age. Participation with identities of third parties or falsified identities is not permitted. Employees and their family members, authorised representatives, legal successors and agents of R&B Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH are excluded from participation.
2.3 In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Participation or in the event of intentional or unintentional misrepresentation with regard to the participation or prize requirements, R&B Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH reserves the right to exclude such persons from the competition. Persons who use unauthorised aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently disallowed, reclaimed and replacement winners awarded. In addition, the competition may be cancelled at any time without giving reasons, in particular if the competition cannot be carried out properly due to legal or technical reasons.
3. RAFFLE ENTRY AND GRANTING OF RIGHTS
3.1 The competition serves as a special incentive for all participants who have never registered for the Facebook and Instagram page of the Outlet Center Eben. To participate in the competition, the participant must "follow" the official Instagram or Facebook page of Outlet Center Eben within the competition period. If the participant clicks on "follow" on both pages during the participation period, the prize is automatically doubled. Participants who already follow Outlet Center Eben on Facebook or Instagram are excluded from the competition.
3.2 R&B Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH shall not assume any warranty or liability for lost opportunities to win.
4. DETERMINATION OF PROFITS
4.1 A winner will be selected at random from all "Followers" by the employees of R&B Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.
4.2 The winner will be notified by Facebook or Instagram private message and must reconfirm acceptance of the prize in writing. Upon receipt of the residential or delivery address with personal contact details, the prize will be sent by post to the address provided. Alternatively, the prize may be collected by the winner in person at the Outlet Center Eben upon presentation of an official photo ID and in compliance with the COVID-19 restrictions. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
4.3 The claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation if the winner is not successfully contacted within one week or if the winner refuses to disclose his/her residential or delivery address for the purpose of sending the prize or if the winner does not wish to collect the prize in person. After the deadline of one week, a new winner will be drawn.
5. DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION
5.1 The personal data collected and received (first name, last name, user name, age and, if applicable, residential or delivery address) will be processed for the purposes of organising and administering the competition.
5.2 Furthermore, personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

6. PRICES
6.1 A monthly prize draw will be held for a shopping voucher worth 50 euros, valid in the Outlet Center Eben, at all participating stores. If the same winner "follows" both the Facebook and Instagram pages of the Outlet Center Eben during the same competition period, the prize of the shopping voucher will be increased to 100 euros.
6.2 The legal process is excluded. Cash redemption, any type of exchange or alternatives to the prize offered are excluded. The prize is not transferable.
7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 R&B Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH accepts no liability with regard to the incorrect provision of data by third parties, nor towards the winner for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the competition and the prize.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
8.1 Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the conflict-of-law rules of private international law only to the extent that mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence are not displaced.
